Orders & Delivery
- Cash on Delivery (CoD) available across Pakistan through trusted courier services.
- Government tax charges may apply on Cash on Delivery (CoD) orders.
- Delivery charges for accessories may be paid in advance.
- For laptops, partial advance payment may be required for CoD orders.
- Delivery time is usually 2–5 business days depending on the city and product availability.
- Parcel opening before payment is not allowed.
- 7 Days Check Warranty available on selected products.
- Tracking details will be shared through WhatsApp after order dispatch.
Change & Cancellation
- Orders can be modified or cancelled before dispatch.
- Once the order is dispatched, cancellation may not be possible without courier charges deduction.
Warranty, Repair & Replacement
- Customers must report damaged or wrong items within 24 hours after delivery.
- Product condition must remain unchanged for warranty claims.
- All accessories and original packaging should be included for replacement requests.
- Products will be inspected before approving replacement or refund requests.
- Warranty does not cover physical damage, liquid damage, or mishandling.
